Work starts to create homes in the heart of the City of Wakefield

Work has started on site in the heart of the civic quarter in the centre of Wakefield. What seems to be an overlooked hidden gem, lends itself as a truly fantastic place to call home with all the key components that make a brilliant place to live in the 21st century; connectivity, quality, kind community and an appreciation for culture and design.

The Wood Street Collection is being developed by Rushbond under its new residential arm, Fallowdale Homes. The collection of well placed homes are underpinned by heritage and design situated amongst some of the most prized architecture in the country, for example The Courthouse, The Townhall, The County Hall and The Old Police Station.

The collection comprises homes to buy and the rent.
