53, Great George Street

Set in the heart of Leeds Conservation Area, Rushbond have carefully worked on creating a series of exclusive apartments on Great George Street, each unique in style and character due to the rich heritage of the area. Set opposite the original Grade I listed General Infirmary building and the Grade II listed St. George’s Church, Great George Street is representative of a charming neighbourhood. Interesting architectural features such as high ceilings, tall floor to ceiling windows, duplex layouts, have made this project a pleasure to work on.

Number 53 Great George Street consists of three 2 bedroom apartments and a 1 bed apartment with a double height vaulted bedroom ceiling. Work was completed in late 2018 and all of the apartments were quickly sold on completion of the works.
