Our Projects – Rushbond

For over 30 years, Rushbond has led, and continues to lead, the transformation of buildings and places within the great City of Leeds, adopting a careful and considered approach to place-making and promoting innovation and creativity in design.

Working collaboratively with our partners, occupiers and the communities in which our projects are based, we are spearheading a collection of new and ambitious projects throughout the City Region to add to our portfolio of assets and projects, across office, retail, leisure, hospitality, education and residential sectors – the common aim being to create great places to be in, whatever sector that may be.

Whether developing new homes and workspaces, re-purposing important heritage locations or revitalising and reimagining existing buildings, our core philosophy is to create quality places of value for all, supporting the growth and ambition of Leeds as a leading and dynamic City.
