Melbourne House, Wakefield

This listed Mansion House, strategically located off Junction 42 of the M1, was acquired by Rushbond and sensitively restored for office use. Together with the adjacent contemporary modern office addition, it forms the headquarters of what is now KCOM. The project was awarded the Wakefield Council Conservation Award.
