Majestic has another exciting addition to enhance its landmark presence for the city of Leeds. Caesars have taken 12,000 sq ft of office space spanning the ground and lower ground floor of this 1920’s piece of loved Leeds heritage.

The building recently underwent a huge refurbishment project, all with the goal of enhancing the city which we love, Leeds! Sat at the exit of the train station, Majestic is the first building you see upon entering City Square, marked by two beautifully restored statues on the balcony celebrating the arts and creativity.

Caesars has huge ambitions to grow its sports betting and iGaming platforms and Majestic is the perfect place to harness those aspirations.

There is now just one 3,977 sq ft suite remaining at the Majestic which is already home to the corporate headquarters of Channel 4, which opened in 2021 creating more than 200 jobs, and solicitors, Knights. The former cinema was transformed by Rushbond to create more than 66,000 sq ft of office accommodation across seven floors.
